The brutal civil war in Yemen has entered its forth year. The critical humanitarian situation has left most of the country without food, water or medical supplies, and its cities are slowly being destroyed by weapons supplied by the US and UK. To discuss all this Tariq was joined by Helen Lackner, who has been visiting the country for over 40 years and whose recent book looks at how neoliberalism and autocracy has led to the disintegration of this state.
